AICTE അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ഡിഗ്രി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡിപ്ലോമ കോഴ്‌സുകളിൽ ഒന്നാം വർഷം പഠിക്കുന്നവർക്കും ലാറ്ററൽ എൻട്രി വഴി രണ്ടാം വർഷത്തിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടിയവർക്കും ഇതിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. കുടുംബ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം ₹8 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ കവിയാത്ത അർഹരായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് പഠന ചെലവുകൾക്കായി പ്രതിവർഷം ₹50,000 വീതം സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം (ഡിഗ്രിക്ക് പരമാവധി 4 വർഷവും ഡിപ്ലോമയ്ക്ക് 3 വർഷവും) ലഭിക്കും. താല്പര്യമുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് നാഷണൽ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് പോർട്ടൽ (NSP - scholarships.gov.in) വഴി 2026 ഒക്ടോബർ 31-ന് മുൻപായി ഓൺലൈനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാം.

Financial support & encouragement for orphans, children of COVID-19 victims, and wards of Martyred Armed Forces / Paramilitary personnel to pursue technical Degree & Diploma education.

CATEGORY 01

Orphan Children

Children who have lost both parents or whose legal guardians are deceased. Verification certificate from Tehsildar or SDM is mandatory.

CATEGORY 02

COVID-19 Affected

Children whose either or both parents died due to COVID-19. The death certificate must explicitly state COVID-19 as the cause of death.

CATEGORY 03

Wards of Martyrs

Children of Armed Forces or Central Paramilitary Forces personnel martyred in action (Shaheed) during defense or national duty operations.

Selection & Merit List Tie-Breaker Rules

Selection is strictly based on qualifying exam marks (Class 10 / equivalent). In case of tie in marks, rank is determined as follows:

1. Higher Board Marks

Candidate with higher percentage/CGPA in Class 10th board exam gets priority.

2. Age Priority

If marks are equal, the candidate older by date of birth is ranked higher.

3. Lower Annual Income

If age is also identical, the candidate with lower annual family income is selected.

Visit the National Scholarship Portal (scholarships.gov.in) and complete One-Time Registration (OTR) using your Aadhaar card details.

Log in with OTR credentials, select 'AICTE - Swanath Scholarship Scheme', fill academic details, and upload scanned PDFs of all required certificates.

3. Level-1: Institute Verification (INO)

The Institute Nodal Officer (INO) and College Principal review your online application, credentials, and uploaded documents.

4. Level-2: State / DTE Verification (SNO)

The Department of Technical Education (DTE) / State Nodal Officer verifies and approves eligible candidates for AICTE review.

5. Merit List & Direct DBT Disbursement

AICTE publishes the national merit list prepared on 10th class marks. Disburses ₹50,000 directly to approved bank accounts.
