Kerala Local Procurement Guide (Akshaya & Village Office)
Income Certificate: Can be applied online via nearby Akshaya Centers or the Kerala e-District portal. Usually issued within 3-5 working days by the Village Officer.
Parent Occupation Proof: Drivers can upload their official Driving License. Mechanics can obtain a signed letter from the local garage owner, or a self-declaration attested by a Ward Member / Gazetted Officer.
Student Bank Account: For minor students (under 18), open a joint savings account with a parent, or a student self-account at nearest nationalized bank (SBI, Federal Bank, Canara Bank) or Kerala Gramin Bank.
